Based on the brand DNA developed by our partner, Phocus Brand and Innovation, Unlimited Brand's corporate design team created the new Canal Bank logo. The final result of the creative process was a transformation of its previous logo, a visual solution more aligned with the strategic and business needs of the institution. We created a clear and brief message by capitalizing on the well-known Fast Forward symbo - a simple, current and fast visual identifier that projects the institution, its brand promise and its forward value proposition - making Canal Bank an ally that moves nimbly with you to make your greatest aspirations come true. The Fast Forward symbol traces the direction of the identity and guides the logo forward by its location in relation to the name. For the words Canal Bank, a contemporary typeface was selected, in sustained lows, thus enhancing the modernity, proximity and friendly language of the brand. The color palette is young, cheerful and full of energy: the sum of bright orange and vibrant green plus white and, in certain applications, gray, an unusual combination in the financial world which quickly became a great differentiator within the banking sector in Panama. The strong dynamic current of the visual essence of the shape of the symbol is maximized within the visual ecosystem that completes the identity, with the use of complementary graphics that arise from the symbol itself, discovering a strong play of dynamic diagonals, a geometric and powerful visual that, as a member of the organization, as an ally, as a client or as a spectator of the brand's communications, always takes you forward.
